DRAFF > FIND

We're in Berlin for FIND (30th March - 9th April 2017), the Festival of New Drama at the Schaubühne. FIND presents contemporary work that draws together productions from international theatre makers. This year the theme is 'Democracy and Tragedy'.

Our eyes and ears on the streets and at the shows are Berlin based artists Maxine Puorro and Annelyse Gelman. Stay tuned for daily updates.

FIND Reviewers
Maxine Puorro
is an emerging artist from San Francisco, California whose practice is currently based in Berlin. She works across the mediums of drawing, painting and sculpture, taking cues from the way plants propagate and extend their own bodies as a method of working.

Annelyse Gelman’s work has appeared in
The New Yorker, The Awl, the PEN Poetry Series, and elsewhere. She is the author of the poetry collection Everyone I Love is a Stranger to Someone (2014), a finalist for the Believer Poetry Award.
